Welcome House has engaged Janus Small Associates to complete a strategic plan for our organization. Through the strategic planning process, our consultants are meeting with many key constituent groups, including clients, funders, staff and, of course, family members. We would like to invite you to attend a strategic planning session to help us set our course for the future. This meeting will not cover all of the material being discussed in the family meetings, although I will offer a brief introduction if you are unable to attend a family meeting.
