DESCRIPTION:Welcome House has engaged Janus Small Associates to complete a 
 strategic plan for our organization. Through the strategic planning proces
 s\, our consultants are meeting with many key constituent groups\, includi
 ng clients\, funders\, staff and\, of course\, family members. We would li
 ke to invite you to attend a strategic planning session to help us set our
  course for the future. This meeting will not cover all of the material be
 ing discussed in the family meetings\, although I will offer a brief intro
 duction if you are unable to attend a family meeting. We do need to limit
