Welcome House is a residential and community service provider to adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). We seek to hire caring and compassionate staff members. Staff screening includes an in-person interview and completion of an extensive background check that. The background check includes criminal background check; abuser registry check; driving record; and work and personal references.
