DESCRIPTION:Welcome House has served individuals with developmental disabil
 ities in Northeast Ohio for over 40 years. We now serve over 200 individua
 ls each and every day -- helping these special people live full and reward
 ing lives. We strive to create a supportive atmosphere in which residents 
 develop independence and a sense of competence by experiencing success at 
 home and in the community.\n\nThe Family Council Reverse Raffles have rais
 ed almost $100\,000 for Welcome House! Proceeds from this year’s Reverse
  Raffle will go the Welcome House Vehicle Fund. This fund is designed to p
 urchase accessible vehicles to meet the extensive transportation needs of
