Welcome House will host two family council meetings in April in an effort to include families in the future planning of the organization and inform them of changes in the organization. “You have entrusted us with the care of your loved ones, and it is our goal to provide you with peace of mind, knowing your family member is being cared for with kindness and compassion,” says Executive Director Tony Thomas. “As we plan for the future, we need your input to make sure we are meeting the needs of each of your loved ones.”

Items to be discussed include: our new nutrition program and the changes we are making, staffing changes, communication with families, and recent changes in the provision of services to the developmental disabled community.

Light refreshments will be served at each meeting.
